All bookings and services are provided by NOTION EVENTS LIMITED trading as Bouncy Town UK.

 

2. General

 

By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all equipment hire, including inflatables, soft play, and balloon decorations.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

 

3. Booking & Payment

 

  • A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received

  • The remaining balance must be paid before or on delivery

  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the booking

  • Prices may change at any time prior to confirmation

 

4. Delivery & Setup

 

  • Delivery times are agreed in advance but are approximate

  • The setup area must be clear, accessible, and suitable

  • Any issues with access, parking, or incorrect information may result in delays or additional charges

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring sufficient space and appropriate ground conditions

 

5. Use of Equipment

 

  • Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose

  • No shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects on inflatables

  • No climbing on walls or unsafe behaviour

  • Equipment must not be moved once installed

 

6. Supervision & Responsibility

 

  • A responsible adult must supervise equipment at all times

  • Children must be grouped by similar size and age

  • The hirer is fully responsible for the safety of all users during the hire period

 

7. Damage or Loss

 

  • The hirer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment

  • Costs for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly

 

8. Weather Policy

 

  • Inflatables cannot be used in high winds, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to weather for safety reasons

  • In such cases, a reschedule or refund will be offered at our discretion

 

9. Cancellations

 

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancellations within [7] days of the event may be charged in full

  • We may cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued

 

10. Liability

 

  • Use of equipment is at the hirer’s own risk

  • NOTION EVENTS LIMITED accepts no responsibility for injury or damage arising from misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines

  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence

 

11. Insurance

 

We hold public liability insurance. Details can be provided upon request.

 

12. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
