REFUND POLICY - BOUNCY TOWN UK

1. Company Details

 

This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made with NOTION EVENTS LIMITED, trading as Bouncy Town UK.

2. Deposits

 

  • All deposits are non-refundable

  • Deposits are required to secure your booking and reserve equipment for your chosen date

  • Once paid, your date is removed from availability

 

3. Cancellations by the Customer

 

  • Cancellations made more than [7] days before the event:
    Deposit is retained, but no further charges apply

  • Cancellations made within [7] days of the event:
    Up to 100% of the booking value may be charged

  • Failure to be present at the delivery address or refusal of delivery will be treated as a late cancellation and charged in full

 

4. Rescheduling

 

  • We may allow bookings to be rescheduled subject to availability

  • Requests must be made with reasonable notice

  • Deposits may be transferred to a new date at our discretion

 

5. Weather-Related Cancellations

 

  • Safety comes first. Inflatables cannot be used in unsafe weather conditions, including high winds or heavy rain

  • If we cancel due to unsafe weather:

    • You will be offered a reschedule, or

    • A full refund including deposit

  • If you choose to cancel due to weather but conditions are deemed safe, standard cancellation terms apply

 

6. Cancellations by Us

 

If we are unable to fulfil your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. equipment failure, staff issues, or extreme weather), you will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule

 

7. Equipment Issues

 

  • If equipment cannot be set up due to unsuitable space, access issues, or safety concerns at the location, this will be treated as a customer-side issue, and no refund will be issued

  • Partial refunds are not provided for reduced hire time caused by delays outside our control

 

8. Refund Processing

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear
